The Chief DVM0540U3E is a TiLED® dvLED Universal Extender designed to expand the height of modular video wall installations. This component is specifically sized for 540mm-tall dvLED panels and accommodates a sequence of 3 panels. It is part of a scalable system where starter mounts form the base, and extender mounts like this SKU are added to achieve the required total video wall height. This extender is TAA compliant and utilizes floating button-capture technology to ensure compatibility with a wide range of interlocking dvLED panels from leading manufacturers. To achieve a flawless, uniform display, the DVM0540U3E provides critical X-Y-Z axis adjustability. This allows installers to compensate for wall irregularities and uneven mounting surfaces, ensuring precision pixel alignment even for high-resolution displays with pixel pitches below 1 mm. The system includes double-depth Z-axis adjustment, providing both macro and micro-adjustments to create a perfectly flat video wall. This mount is intended for use with plywood-reinforced walls and supports a weight capacity of 250 lbs (113.4 kg).
