The Chief DVA700 TiLED® dvLED Universal Installation Spacer Tool is designed to significantly reduce the labor and time required for complex video wall deployments. When installing dvLED panels, such as 27" dVLED panels, manual measurement errors can lead to misaligned columns. This reusable tool allows installers to capture the precise width of a cabinet's hole pattern or edge-to-edge dimensions and then "copy and paste" those exact measurements across the wall. Once the first mounting column is leveled and secured with lag bolts, the DVA700 is latched onto the upright to transfer the spacing to subsequent columns, ensuring perfect alignment throughout the grid. The tool features a 27.5" (700mm) adjustment range and is constructed with a brushed stainless steel finish. It is TAA compliant and functions as a critical solution for maintaining precision when laying out mounting structures for large-scale LED displays.
