The IDF-TM-1624BK is a 16 RU intermediate distribution rack designed for mounting hubs, routers, and networking equipment in overhead locations like warehouses or retail outlets. This active component enclosure features a textured black powder coat finish and is TAA compliant and UL listed. For distributed system deployments, this rack can be mounted to building trusses or Unistrut® beams using 1/2” threaded rods (not included) or can be mounted directly to Unistrut® beams. The unit includes a PD-915R rackmount power distribution unit and two dual exhaust fans to extend equipment life. Access is managed through standard front and rear locking doors with safety chains. For cable management, the top of the enclosure features four integral glanded 4” cable pass-throughs, while the bottom features an aluminum plate with multiple UHF/VHF antenna knockouts for wireless antennae or dome cameras. The interior contains adjustable 10-32 threaded rackrails with numbered spaces for easy component placement.
