The C2G54267 Superbooster® 1-Port USB over Cat6a Wall Plate to Box Extender Kit provides a reliable method for transmitting USB 3.2 Gen1 signals over long distances. This kit is designed to allow high-bandwidth USB devices—such as PTZ cameras, interactive whiteboards, and printers—to be positioned far from the host computer. It supports data transfer rates of up to 5Gbps and is backwards compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1. The system uses bidirectional 24V PoC (Power over Cable), which allows the installer to supply power from either the transmitter or the receiver. For installation, the kit is designed for use with Cat6a F/FTP network cable and supports a maximum distance of 328 ft (100 m).
