The Middle Atlantic VRK-44-31H is a 22-inch wide, 44RU floor-standing rack designed specifically for broadcast and high-density AV environments. This robust enclosure features a fully welded construction to support a massive 10,000 lbs weight capacity. It is built to meet seismic standards, offering a seismic load capacity of 740 lbs (335.7 kg) and an ASCE 7-10 rating. The rack includes standard front and rear adjustable 10-32 threaded rackrails with numbered spaces to assist in component placement. For cable management, built-in horizontal lacing bars are positioned on 7" centers, facilitating quick "tie-and-slide" lacing for video cable bundles. The unit provides a usable height of 77 in (195.6 cm) and a usable depth of 29 in (73.7 cm). This TAA compliant enclosure is finished in a textured black powder coat and includes a partially vented locking rear door for secure equipment access. For larger installations, multiple VRK units can be gangable together when fully loaded.
