The CPA018 is an 18 in (45.7 cm) extension column within the Chief CPA Column system. This pin connection accessory provides a professional appearance for ceiling-mounted installations while maintaining a high weight capacity of 500 lbs (226.8 kg). Connection is achieved by fastening two thread-forming screws at each column end into factory-pre-drilled holes. To facilitate easier installation and cabling, the fasteners do not pass completely through the center of the column, allowing for necessary cable pass-through. The outer surface features integrated grooves that serve as both an aesthetic detail and drill guides. For custom installation requirements, this column can be re-drilled or cut to length. It can also be threaded to 1.5" NPT to accommodate specific mounting configurations.
