The Middle Atlantic VWM-PD-8-36K-PW is a pre-configured 8 RU vertical wall mount rack designed to accommodate deeper equipment in a "knobs-up" orientation. Finished in a durable Putty colored wrinkle powder coat, this steel cabinet provides a 30" usable depth within an 18 in (45.7 cm) total depth profile. The rack is engineered for security and visibility, featuring a split door with a hinged plexiglass top that allows for end-user access to controls while maintaining visibility of the mounted components. Both the door and the hinged top are lockable and can be keyed separately. This model is forward compatible with native mounting for Forward Cable Management in the backpan. For system reliability, the design includes an integral electrical box to simplify power distribution and features laser knockouts on the top, bottom, and sides for improved thermal management and cable entry. The rackrails are versatile, supporting both 10-32 thread and cage nut installation, and can be positioned at flexible intervals to meet specific installation requirements. This TAA compliant unit is UL listed and CSA listed.
