The Middle Atlantic BGR-1927 is a 19 RU floor-standing rack designed for professional AV environments requiring high structural integrity and installation efficiency. This 27 in (68.6 cm) deep frame is built from steel with a black wrinkle powder coat finish and features a 23 in (58.4 cm) width to provide extra lateral space for front-to-back cable management. As the first Forward Compatible rack, it utilizes Forward Rackrail with numbered spaces for adjustable front and rear positioning, allowing for significantly faster installation. This model is Seismic Rated with a seismic load capacity of 1175 lbs (533 kg) and carries a UL Load Capacity of 3000 lbs (1,360.8 kg). The configuration is a Frame Only setup including a standard vented rack rear door that accepts optional fans or a brush grommet rear door kit for large cable passages. It is TAA compliant and gangable for larger system configurations.
