The Middle Atlantic EWR-8-17SD is an 8 RU pivoting wall rack designed for smaller AV systems in both secured and unsecured environments. This unit features a fully welded construction for enhanced structural strength and a 17 in (43.2 cm) total depth, providing a 15 in (38.1 cm) usable depth for equipment mounting. The sectional design includes a center section with the patented Tool Free Quick-Mount™ system, allowing for easy mounting of the middle portion. For installation flexibility, the center section swing is reversible and can be secured with either a key or a padlock. To increase security in shared spaces, the center section is keyed differently from the optional front door. This rack is optimized for passive thermal management and includes a solid front door for enclosure. The standard front adjustable 10-32 threaded rackrail ensures compatibility with various components. This TAA compliant, UL Listed, and CSA Standard certified enclosure is a robust solution for localized system management.
