The Da-Lite DL14987BL is a Tensioned Advantage Series ceiling recessed electric screen designed for high-end architectural integration. This 177" diagonal (87" x 153.75") unit features the HD Progressive 1.0 Perf surface, which is acoustically transparent and optimized for high-resolution front projection. Utilizing SightLine cable drop technology, the screen provides a floating appearance by using thin suspension cables instead of a traditional black drop, preserving architectural sightlines and providing space for speakers or cameras above the viewing area. The white powder-coated case is UL Plenum rated and designed for two-stage installation: the housing can be installed during rough-in construction, while the screen surface assembly is completed during the finishing stage. This model includes standard low voltage control and a standard 120V (60Hz) motor. The TruGuide™ Electric Screen Tensioning System and Smooth Roll Technology work together to maintain a perfectly flat, taut viewing surface.
