The Da-Lite DL14982BL is a Tensioned Advantage Series ceiling recessed electric screen designed for high-end professional environments. This 78" x 139" (159" diagonal) unit features a 16:9 HDTV format and is equipped with the HD Progressive 1.3 surface for high-resolution front projection. Utilizing the SightLine cable drop technology, this screen provides a floating appearance by using a single roller design with thin cables that eliminate the need for a traditional black drop border. This system is specifically engineered to preserve architectural interests by creating usable space above the viewing area, allowing for flexible camera or speaker placement. The DL14982BL features a white powder-coated, UL plenum-rated case designed for recessed installation. To facilitate efficient construction, the two-stage installation allows the case to be installed during the rough-in stage, while the screen surface assembly is completed during the finishing stage. This TAA-compliant solution includes standard low voltage control and a slot-style closure door.
