The Da-Lite DL14980BL is a Tensioned Advantage Series ceiling recessed electric screen designed for high-end large venue applications. This 159 in (403.9 cm) diagonal screen features the HD Progressive 1.0 Perf surface, which provides acoustically transparent and high resolution properties for front projection environments. Utilizing the SightLine cable drop system, this screen achieves a floating appearance by using a single roller design with thin cables to eliminate the need for a traditional black drop. This architectural detail preserves vertical space, allowing for the placement of speakers or cameras above the viewing area. This specific SKU is provided as a Case/Box Only for Rough-In, allowing for a two-stage installation process. The white powder-coated case can be installed during the rough-in construction stage, while the screen surface assembly is installed during the finishing stage. This model includes standard 120V (60Hz) motor operation and standard low voltage control. The screen utilizes a slot-style closure door and features TruGuide™ electric screen tensioning and Smooth Roll Technology to ensure an optically flat, high-performance viewing surface. This TAA compliant solution is manufactured in the US.
