The Da-Lite DL15005ELS is a Tensioned Advantage Series ceiling recessed electric screen designed for professional large venue environments. Featuring a wide 16:10 screen format, this 60" x 96" (113" diagonal) unit utilizes a SightLine cable drop system, which uses a single roller design with 3 or 4 thin cables to provide a floating screen appearance. This configuration eliminates the need for a traditional black drop border, creating usable space above the viewing area for speakers or cameras. The screen is built with a white powder-coated, UL Plenum rated case and features a slot-style closure door. For installation, this model offers a two-stage process: the housing can be installed during the rough-in stage, while the surface assembly is installed during finishing. The TruGuide™ Electric Screen Tensioning System and Smooth Roll Technology work together to maintain an optimal, perfectly flat viewing surface. This TAA compliant model is powered by a 220V (50Hz) motor for export markets and includes standard low voltage control.
