The Da-Lite DL15257EFL is a large venue, ceiling recessed electric projection screen featuring a 78" x 139" (198.1 x 3505.4 mm) Matte White non-tensioned surface. This Advantage Series model utilizes SightLine™ technology, a specialized cable drop system that uses 3 or 4 thin cables to suspend the screen. This design eliminates the need for a traditional black drop border, providing a floating appearance that preserves architectural interest and allows for speaker or camera placement in the space above the viewing area. The standard SightLine feature accommodates a vertical drop distance of up to 70" (1778 mm) between the ceiling and the top of the screen, though a 10-ft (3048 mm) option is available via part number DL16476. This specific SKU includes the surface, roller, and motor assembly only; the case and box must be ordered separately. The assembly is configured for front projection in a 16:9 HDTV format and features a 220V (50Hz) motor for export markets. For installation, the two-stage design allows the screen case to be mounted during the rough-in construction stage, while the screen surface assembly is installed during the finishing stage. The assembly includes standard low voltage control and a slot-style closure door.
