The Da-Lite DL15255L is an Advantage Series ceiling recessed electric screen designed for professional large venue applications. Featuring a 133 in (337.8 cm) diagonal and a 65 in (165.1 cm) screen height, this 16:9 HDTV format screen utilizes the SightLine cable drop system. This suspension design uses thin cables to eliminate the need for a traditional black drop border, creating the aesthetic of a floating screen. This configuration is particularly useful for preserving architectural interests or allowing for camera and speaker placement in the space above the viewing area. The DL15255L features a non-tensioned Matte White surface with a standard black backing to maintain projected brightness for front projection. This unit includes a standard 120V (60Hz) motor with built-in standard low voltage control and a slot-style closure door. For installation, the two-stage design allows for the case to be installed during the rough-in stage, while the screen surface assembly is handled during the finishing stage. This TAA compliant solution is manufactured in the US.
