This 40 RU frame features a 20 in (50.8 cm) depth and is constructed from fully welded steel with a black wrinkle powder coat finish. It is engineered for high-capacity deployment, boasting a UL listed load capacity of 2,500 lbs (1,134 kg). For environments requiring enhanced seismic protection, this unit can be certified with ERK-Z4 brackets, providing a seismic load capacity of 597 lbs (270.8 kg). This frame-only configuration provides an open architecture with top and bottom venting on the rack sides to assist with thermal management. For cable organization, the unit includes lacing points and slotted rackrail brackets, utilizing standard front adjustable 10-32 threaded rackrails with numbered spaces to streamline the installation process.
