The Middle Atlantic ERK-1828LRD is an 18 RU floor-standing rack designed for robust, economical equipment housing. This frame-only configuration features a 28 in (71.1 cm) depth and a 22 in (55.9 cm) width, providing a usable depth of 26.47 in (67.2 cm) and a usable height of 31.63 in (80.3 cm). Built from steel with a black wrinkle powder coat finish, the unit features a fully welded construction for maximum strength. For thermal management, the rack sides include both top and bottom venting. Cable management is simplified via convenient lacing points and slotted rackrail brackets. The front adjustable 10-32 threaded rackrails include numbered spaces for rapid equipment deployment. This seismic-rated rack is UL Listed in the US and Canada with a 2500 lbs (1,134 kg) load capacity and a seismic load capacity of 680 lbs (308.4 kg). For high-security or multi-bay thermal control, these units can be ganged together to create partitioned installations. This TAA compliant, USA-made frame is ideal for professional AV and IT deployments.
