The C2G CG04031 is a 15ft (4.6m) Cat6 Snagless Unshielded UTP Ethernet Network Patch Cable in purple, designed for high-bandwidth voice, data, or video distribution in fast Ethernet and Gigabit computer networks. This cable meets all Cat6 TIA/EIA standards, featuring a design that reduces impedance and structural return loss (SRL). Each individual pair is bonded together to maintain twist-spacing through to the termination point, which helps minimize Near-End Crosstalk (NEXT) levels. Built with high-quality stranded copper conductors and 24 AWG wire, this cable utilizes a T568B wiring scheme. The molded, snagless boots provide extra strain relief and protect the RJ-45 clips from damage during plugging and unplugging. This purple jacketed cable is part of a wider series available in 10 colors and lengths up to 150ft to facilitate network color-coding.
