The C2G CG43174 is a 100 ft (30.5 m) HDBaseT certified Cat6a patch cable designed for high-performance AV and Power over Ethernet (PoE) environments. This blue, plenum-rated cable is CMP and FT6 rated, making it suitable for installation in plenum air spaces. It features a unique discontinuous shielding design, which uses metallized material held within a polymeric layer to attenuate electromagnetic interference and alien crosstalk. This discontinuous approach provides the performance benefits of shielding without the requirement for grounding. Engineered for high-density installations, the cable has a nominal 0.265" diameter, allowing for a smaller bend radius and higher cable density. The RJ-45 male connectors feature a snagless design and PVC hoods. This cable is fully tested to meet ANSI/TIA 568 C.2 Cat6a channel requirements and is designed to support data transmission speeds up to 10 Gigabit. It is specifically optimized for HDBaseT Class A and B applications, such as digital signage and conference rooms, and supports PoE applications Type 1-4 according to IEEE 802.3bt draft D1.2.
