This SKU is the surface and roller assembly only; the screen case must be ordered separately. It is designed for a two-stage installation, allowing the case to be installed during the rough-in construction stage and the surface assembly to be added during the finishing stage. This specific model includes a standard 12-inch black drop and uses a standard 120V (60Hz) motor. The white powder-coated case and slot-style closure door provide a clean, professional aesthetic.
