The Da-Lite 85398FLS is a Tensioned Advantage Series ceiling recessed electric screen designed for rear projection applications. This 58" x 104" (119" diagonal) unit features a Da-Tex surface, which is specifically engineered to handle standard resolution projection requirements. The screen assembly is part of a two-stage installation process: the UL Plenum rated, white powder-coated case can be installed during the rough-in construction stage, while the screen surface assembly is added during the finishing stage. This method utilizes sliding installation brackets to allow for mounting flexibility when attaching the housing to the structure above a drop ceiling. The system includes a standard 120V (60Hz) motor and standard low voltage control. To ensure a flat, smooth viewing area, the unit utilizes the TruGuide™ Electric Screen Tensioning System and Smooth Roll Technology. This SKU is the surface and roller assembly only; the case and box must be ordered separately.
