The Da-Lite 29668BLS is a Tensioned Advantage Series ceiling recessed electric screen featuring the Parallax Pure 0.8 surface. This high-resolution, ambient light rejecting (ALR) surface utilizes a micro-layered lens system designed for front projection to maintain optical flatness, even though the specialized layering may result in slight visible waves. This specific model is a Case/Box Only for Rough-In, designed for two-stage installation; the white powder-coated case can be installed during the rough-in construction phase, while the screen surface assembly is installed during the finishing stage to conceal the opening with integrated ceiling trim. This SKU is configured with a standard 120V (60Hz) motor and includes standard low voltage control. It features a 2" standard black drop, which is unique to the Parallax Pure surface compared to the 12" drop found on standard vinyl surfaces. The unit includes TruGuide™ electric tensioning for a smooth, flat viewing area and Smooth Roll Technology to maintain surface integrity.
