The Da-Lite 84329EL is a ceiling recessed electric screen designed for professional front projection environments. This 159 in (403.9 cm) diagonal screen features a 78 in (198.1 cm) height and a 16:9 HDTV screen format. The surface is a non-tensioned Matte White finish, supported by a standard black drop for optimized brightness retention on the front projection surface. Built for large venue applications, the white powder-coated case is UL Plenum rated and designed to be concealed by ceiling trim, eliminating the need for additional trim work after installation. This model features standard low voltage control and is TAA compliant. The two-stage installation process allows the case to be installed during rough-in construction, while the screen surface assembly is completed during the finishing stage. The sliding installation brackets provide mounting flexibility for attachment to structures above a drop ceiling.
