The Vaddio 999-85150-000 CeilingMIC is an overhead audio solution designed to eliminate table clutter in conference rooms and meeting spaces. This microphone array provides full 360-degree pickup coverage, making a single unit ideal for an average-sized meeting table; for larger environments, a second unit can be added to expand coverage. The pendant housing features three unidirectional cardioid microphone elements, each equipped with integrated Digital Signal Processing (DSP) for equalization, filtering, and automatic gain control (AGC). To ensure crystal clear communication during conference calls, the integrated AEC works with companion products like the Vaddio AV Bridge MATRIX PRO or EasyUSB Mixer/Amp to provide an AEC reference from the far end. Installation is streamlined via a single Cat-5 cable connection between the interface box and EasyMIC-compatible Vaddio equipment, supporting cable lengths of up to 100 feet. The unit features a 3-inch (0.9m) adjustable drop cable, but the pendant can be extended to a total of 15 ft (5 meters) from the interface box using a standard RJ45 jack connection.
