The C2G CG04038 is a 9ft (2.7m) Cat6 snagless patch cable designed for high-bandwidth voice, data, or video distribution applications. This unshielded (UTP) Ethernet network cable is engineered to meet all Cat6 TIA/EIA standards, specifically helping to drastically reduce impedance and structural return loss (SRL). Each individual copper pair is bonded together to maintain consistent twist-spacing throughout the entire 2.7 m line up to the termination point, which helps minimize Near-End Crosstalk (NEXT) levels. This cable features 24 AWG stranded copper conductors and uses a T568B wiring scheme. For ease of installation, the cable is equipped with snagless, booted RJ-45 male connectors that protect the clips from damage during plugging and unplugging. The 0.24 in (6.2 mm) diameter cable is finished with a white PVC jacket and hood material. This white SKU is part of a larger series available in up to 10 different colors and various lengths to assist with network color-coding.
