The C2G CG00712 is a 7 ft (2.1 m) Cat6a Snagless Shielded STP Ethernet network patch cable designed to support high-speed 10GBase-T ports and equipment. This cable is suitable for use with network adapters, hubs, switches, routers, DSL/cable modems, and patch panels. By utilizing a Shielded STP construction, it protects 10 Gigabit network connections from noise and electromagnetic interference (EMI). Each cable features stranded copper conductors with 26AWG wire gauge and FMPE (Foam Polyethylene) insulation. To maintain signal integrity, individual pairs are bonded together to preserve twist-spacing through the termination point, which helps minimize Near-End Crosstalk (NEXT) levels. This Cat6a patch cable is fully tested to meet ANSI/TIA 568 C.2 component requirements. For deployment efficiency, each cable includes an individual length label for easy identification during installation and cable management.
