The C2G CG27266 is a 25 ft (7.6 m) Cat5e shielded STP Ethernet network patch cable designed for use in noisy environments prone to EMI/RFI interference. This F/UTP cable features an overall cable shield with a drain wire to provide protection against electromagnetic noise, ensuring the connection meets or exceeds industry standards for NEXT and return loss. The cable is constructed with 24 AWG stranded copper conductors and is terminated with 50 micron gold-plated RJ-45 male connectors. Each end features a molded, snagless PVC boot to provide extra strain relief and increased durability during installation and handling. This blue cable is part of a larger series of Cat5e Shielded Patch Cables available in various lengths and colors to facilitate easy network color-coding. For complete end-to-end protection in high-interference zones, this cable should be used in conjunction with a Cat5e shielded patch panel and Cat5e shielded keystone jacks.
