The Middle Atlantic ERK-2128 is a 21 RU standalone floor-standing rack designed for professional AV environments requiring high structural integrity. This 28" deep (71.1 cm) frame is constructed from fully welded steel with a black wrinkle powder coat finish. It features standard front adjustable 10-32 threaded rackrails with numbered spaces to simplify component mounting, alongside convenient lacing points and slotted rackrail brackets to assist with cable management. For thermal management, the rack sides include both top and bottom venting. Security is enhanced by a key-locked standard rear door. This specific model is seismic rated with a seismic load capacity of 680 lbs (308.4 kg) when installed with ERK-Z4 brackets. It is UL Listed in the US and Canada with a weight capacity of 2,500 lbs (1,134 kg). This TAA compliant, USA-made rack can be ganged with other ERK Series enclosures to create partitioned multi-bay installations for improved security and controlled thermal management.
