The C2G07402 is a 15 ft (4.6 m) Cat6A Snagless Shielded (STP) Ethernet Network Patch Cable in purple. This shielded twisted pair (STP) cable is engineered to protect high-speed 10 Gigabit network connections from noise and electromagnetic interference (EMI). Designed for 10GBase-T ports and equipment, it is suitable for use with network adapters, hubs, switches, routers, and patch panels. This cable supports 10 Gbps data transfer rates and is fully tested to meet ANSI/TIA 568 C.2 Cat6a component requirements. Each individual pair is bonded together to maintain twist-spacing throughout the line, which minimizes Near-End Crosstalk (NEXT). The cable features 26 AWG stranded copper conductors and 50 µ in gold plating on the RJ-45 male connectors. The snagless, booted connector design is ideal for high-density environments, protecting the RJ-45 lock from damage during installation. This cable operates in temperatures ranging from -4°F (-20°C) to 176°F (80°C) and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
