The C2G CG28717 is a 150ft (45.7 m) Cat5e shielded STP Ethernet network patch cable designed specifically for high-interference environments. This F/UTP cable utilizes an overall cable foil shield combined with a drain wire to provide essential protection against EMI/RFI noise and electromagnetic interference. Each cable features 24 AWG stranded copper conductors and is built to meet or exceed industry standards for NEXT and return loss. The termination uses shielded, 50 micron gold-plated RJ45 male connectors, and the snagless, booted design provides added strain relief and durability during installation. The cable has a 0.24 in (6 mm) diameter and is rated for operating temperatures from -4°F (-20°C) to 176°F (80°C). For maximum protection against interference in a complete end-to-end system, this cable should be used in conjunction with Cat5e shielded patch panels and Cat5e shielded keystone jacks.
