The C2G CG00886 is a 12ft (3.7m) Cat6 shielded STP Ethernet patch cable designed to protect high-speed networks from noise and electromagnetic interference. This orange cable utilizes stranded SSTP construction and 26AWG (7/0.16) bare copper conductors to handle bandwidth-intensive voice, data, and video distribution. By bonding individual pairs together, the cable maintains consistent twist-spacing through the termination point, which drastically reduces impedance, structural return loss (SRL), and Near-End Crosstalk (NEXT) levels. Each cable is fully tested to meet ANSI/TIA 568 C.2 Cat6 component requirements and features a T568B wiring scheme. For ease of identification in complex installations, each cable includes an individual length label. The jacket is made of PVC and is rated for temperatures up to 75°C. This snagless design includes PVC connector hoods to protect the RJ-45 male terminations.
