The TILD1X5NEC1-R is a TiLED™ right-side wall mounting component specifically engineered for SHARP NEC E Series direct view LED video walls. This modular structural system is designed to support configurations that are 5 displays tall in a landscape orientation. To build a complete video wall, this part must be used in conjunction with the left and middle modular components available in the TiLED™ series. Each display in this 5-high stack must not exceed a weight capacity of 20 lbs (9.1 kg) per display. Achieving a flawless LED video wall requires precise alignment, which this mount facilitates through three axes of adjustment. The Z-axis plumb adjustment allows for 0.75” (19 mm) of compensation to account for wall imperfections and ensure a perfectly flat mounting surface. For cabinet-to-cabinet alignment, the Y-axis vertical shift and X-axis lateral shift adjustments provide the micro-adjustability needed for seamless visual transitions. This mount accommodates an equipment depth range of 3.29” – 4.04” (84mm-103mm). For cable management and hardware storage within the wall, compatible in-wall storage boxes like the PAC526 or PAC525 can be integrated into the system.
