The C2G54270 is a Superbooster® 1-Port USB-C® over Cat6A Box to Wall Plate Extender Kit designed to extend USB signals from a host computer to peripheral devices. This active device enables high-bandwidth USB 3.2 Gen 1 connectivity for equipment like PTZ cameras, interactive whiteboards, and storage drives at distances reaching 328 ft (100 m). It utilizes Cat6A F/FTP cabling to maintain a 5 Gbps data transfer rate, supporting USB 3.2, USB 2.0, and USB 1.1 protocols. This plug-and-play solution is backward compatible with lower-speed USB standards and does not require drivers for operation. Deployment is simplified by bidirectional 24V PoC, which allows power to be supplied from either the transmitter or the receiver end of the link. This kit is TAA compliant and has been tested to support leading video conferencing cameras at 1080p or 4K resolutions. The package includes one transmitter box, one receiver wall plate, a 24V/1A multinational power supply with conversion plug, a 2-pin 3.5mm Phoenix connector, two machine screws, and a mounting bracket.
