The Chief OLCB1U is an outdoor ceiling and pedestal mount designed specifically for back-to-back display configurations. Built to withstand harsh environmental conditions including rain, humidity, ocean air, sun exposure, and high winds, this mount features a weatherproof design that meets UL 2442 Part 2. It utilizes corrosion-resistant paint, UV-rated plastics, and stainless-steel hardware to ensure longevity in outdoor settings. The system is delivered in three separate pieces—the mount, column, and plate—to create a safer, more manageable lifting load during the four-step installation process. This unit supports two displays in a landscape orientation, each with a tilt range of +7.6° to -2.0° that features set locking points to eliminate guesswork during adjustment. The universal interface accommodates a VESA mounting pattern from 200 x 100mm up to 800 x 400mm. This mount is TAA compliant and UL listed for outdoor use, and it is wind-compatible to a maximum moment force of 2000 ft-lbs for engineering calculations regarding local safety requirements.
