The Chief ODA330B is an outdoor-rated mounting plate designed for use with OLC Outdoor Ceiling and Pedestal Mounts. Built to withstand harsh environments including high winds, sun exposure, humidity, and ocean air, this plate is constructed with stainless-steel hardware, UV-rated plastics, and corrosion-resistant paint to meet UL 2442 Part 2 standards. This component is sold separately from the column, making the overall system easier to lift and install into place. It features an integrated access slot to facilitate the routing of electrical conduit into the column and provides three distinct mounting positions for height adjustment. Installation is streamlined by two oversized holes that serve as a drilling template for the remaining mounting points.

No, this plate only works with Chief outdoor rated mounts and plates.
What are the installation requirements for poured concrete?
For poured concrete, a minimum of 4" anchor embedment is required with a minimum compressive strength of 5000 psi.
What are the embedment requirements for pre-cast concrete?
When installing in pre-cast concrete, a 2" minimum anchor embedment is required with 6000 psi minimum compressive strength.
Can this be used for both ceiling and floor mounting?
