For improved electromagnetic compatibility, the unit includes a 9 ft (2.7 m) SignalSAFE™ power cord designed to minimize AC magnetic fields. To protect sensitive electronics, the PDS-1615R utilizes 2-stage surge protection that includes a notification feature. The 4.53 in (11.5 cm) shallow depth makes it suitable for space-constrained environments. This multi-mount device can be installed either horizontally or vertically using the reversible, adjustable mounting ears.
