The Sanus LR1A-B1 is an in-wall box designed to enable a flush-to-wall mounting profile for flat-panel TVs. By recessing the mounting hardware inside the wall, this solution allows a TV to sit as close to the surface as possible while concealing unsightly cables. This specific SKU is intended for use with Sanus VSF415, LRF118, and MF215 full-motion mounts. When these mounts are paired with the LR1A, they feature a 4.6" (11.68 kg) offset to the left of center. The box is constructed from heavy-gauge steel with a black finish and features integrated knockouts at the bottom for 110-Volt outlets and power cables. For installation, the box is designed to be set into a cutout in sheetrock between wood studs. It utilizes Sanus Quick Shims® to allow the installer to level the box and secure it firmly in place during the installation process. This UL Listed component is rated for a weight capacity of 130 lbs (59 kg).
