The C2G60220 is an HDMI over Cat extender set designed to push high-resolution video and audio signals beyond the physical limits of standard HDMI cabling. This unidirectional system allows a 4K HDMI source to be extended up to 164 ft (50 m) to a display using a single Cat6 or Cat6a Ethernet cable. It is a practical solution for conference rooms, classrooms, and lecture halls where source equipment and displays are separated by significant distances. This unit supports 4K resolution at 60Hz with 4:4:4 chroma subsampling and is HDCP 2.2 compliant. For audio, the system handles multichannel formats including Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, and PCM 7.1. Installation is simplified through bi-directional Power over Cable (PoC) technology, meaning a single 12VDC, 1A power adapter at either the transmitter or receiver side provides power to both devices. The transmitter features one HDMI IN, one IR OUT, one RJ45, and one DC 12V IN, while the receiver provides one HDMI OUT, one IR IN, one RJ45, and one DC 12V IN.
