AV Bridge CONFERENCE
HD encoder for room-based UC applications, supporting IP or USB streaming with 2-way analog audio and AEC.
The Vaddio AV Bridge CONFERENCE is a room-based HD media streaming solution designed to bridge a room's analog audio and video into a computer (PC or Mac) for UC applications. This unit acts as an HD encoder that supports both USB streaming and IP streaming. When used via USB, the device utilizes standard UVC and UAC drivers with MJPEG and UAC, which eliminates the need to install custom software drivers on the host PC. For IP streaming, it uses RTSP or HLS (Apple's variant on HTTP streaming) and encodes H.264 video with AAC audio. This appliance features a flexible A/V interface that accepts a variety of video input resolutions, from standard definition composite video (480i/NTSC and 576i/PAL) up to HD 1080p/60 via HDMI and YPbPr, as well as wide-screen VESA type PC resolutions (RGBHV or DVI). The device provides 2-way analog audio, allowing the near-end audio to be sent to the far-end and returning the far-end audio to a professional mixer with Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC). It is a TAA compliant solution that integrates with Vaddio HD cameras, presentation systems, video mixing consoles, and other professional audio products. Control is managed through an embedded web server, a built-in browser-based user interface for remote control, or via the front panel menu system. Physical control methods include RS232, Telnet, and USB.
