The Middle Atlantic VWM-SD-8-36K-BW is an 8 RU vertical wall mount rack designed for mounting deeper equipment in a “knobs-up” orientation. This low-profile cabinet provides 30" of usable depth within a 36 in (91.4 cm) height, making it an efficient solution for space-constrained vertical installations. The rack features a split door design with a hinged solid top, allowing end-users to access controls while maintaining restricted visibility. Both the door and the top are lockable and can be keyed separately for enhanced security. The construction is made of steel with a black textured wrinkle powder coat finish and includes 25mm x 150mm swing handles. This series is forward compatible with native mounting for Forward Cable Management in the backpan. The rackrail type supports both 10-32 thread and cage nut mounting, and the flexible rail positioning allows for mounting the rackrail exactly where the installation requires it. Additionally, this unit features an integral electrical box to simplify the installation of power distribution.
