The CG15280 is a 7ft (2.1 m) Cat6 Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) Ethernet patch cable designed for environments requiring strict building code compliance. This blue cable is CMP rated and FT6 rated, making it suitable for routing through plenum spaces such as the areas above dropped ceilings or under raised floors in commercial buildings, schools, and hospitals. The cable features 4-pair, 23AWG stranded copper conductors and is tested to 550MHz to support bandwidth-intensive voice, data, and video distribution applications. Each end is terminated with 50 micron gold plated RJ-45 male connectors in a non-booted design. This series meets all TIA/EIA-568-C.2 standards and is engineered to reduce impedance and structural return loss (SRL) while minimizing Near-End Crosstalk (NEXT) levels. This SKU is TAA compliant and is part of a larger series available in lengths up to 100ft and multiple colors including Gray and Black.
