This STP (Shielded Twisted Pair) cable utilizes an F/UTP construction, featuring an overall cable foil shield and a drain wire to mitigate electromagnetic interference. The internal 4-pair construction uses 24 AWG stranded copper conductors to meet or exceed industry standards for NEXT and return loss. Each end is terminated with a 50 micron gold-plated RJ45 male connector, housed in a PVC snagless boot that provides added strain relief and protects the connector during installation and use. To ensure a complete, high-performance shielded link, it is recommended to pair this cable with C2G Cat5e shielded patch panels and shielded keystone jacks. This blue cable is rated for operating temperatures ranging from -4°F (-20°C) to 176°F (80°C).
