The C2G CG15287 is a 50ft (15.2 m) Cat6 Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) patch cable designed specifically for use in plenum spaces. Because building codes require specialized cabling for air-handling environments, this CMP and FT6 rated cable is suitable for routing through dropped ceilings in commercial settings like schools or hospitals. It features 23AWG solid copper conductors with stranded construction to maintain signal integrity. This cable is tested to 550MHz and meets all TIA/EIA-568-C.2 standards, helping to minimize Near-End Crosstalk (NEXT) and reduce impedance and structural return loss (SRL). Each end is equipped with 50 micron gold plated RJ-45 male connectors in a non-booted style. This Blue cable is TAA compliant and is ideal for high-bandwidth voice, data, and video distribution applications.
