The C2G CG15292 is a 3ft (0.9 m) Cat6 Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) patch cable designed to meet strict building codes for cabling in plenum spaces. This CMP-rated and FT6-rated cable is ideal for routing through air handling spaces, such as the area above dropped ceilings or under raised floors in commercial environments like hospitals and schools. The cable features 23AWG stranded copper conductors and is tested to 550MHz to support high-bandwidth voice, data, and video distribution applications. It is constructed to minimize Near-End Crosstalk (NEXT) and reduce both impedance and structural return loss (SRL). Each cable is terminated with two 50 micron gold plated RJ-45 male connectors in a non-booted configuration. This TAA compliant black cable is built to TIA/EIA-568-C.2 standards and is suitable for professional network deployments requiring high-performance connectivity in plenum environments.
