The C2G CG15223 is a 3ft (0.9m) Cat5e snagless unshielded UTP Ethernet network patch cable designed for bandwidth-intensive voice, data, or video distribution applications. This cable features 24 AWG stranded copper conductors that minimize Near-End Crosstalk (NEXT) levels. Each individual pair is bonded together to maintain twist-spacing from the connector to the termination point, which helps reduce impedance and structural return loss (SRL). This specific SKU is finished in red, allowing installers to easily color-code network environments. The cable is constructed with a PVC jacket and PVC connector hoods. Both ends are fitted with RJ-45 male connectors featuring a snagless, booted design to protect the clips from damage during installation and provide added strain relief. This cable meets all TIA/EIA Cat5e standards and operates with a bandwidth of 350 mHz. It is an unshielded (UTP) solution with a cable diameter of 0.21 in (5.3 mm). The wiring follows the T568B scheme and is rated for standard, non-rated environments.
