The C2G CG50742 is a 2 ft (0.6 m) Cat6a snagless unshielded UTP Ethernet patch cable designed for high-density networking environments. This cable supports 10GBase-T ports and equipment, making it suitable for connections to network adapters, hubs, switches, routers, DSL/cable modems, and patch panels. It enables 10 Gigabit data transmission over a 4 pair copper cable for connections up to 100 meters. This patch cable is fully tested to meet ANSI/TIA 568 C.2 Cat6a channel requirements. The construction features 26AWG bare copper stranded conductors with HDPE (High-density Polyethylene) insulation and a PVC jacket. To accommodate high-density switch applications, the RJ-45 male connectors feature snagless PVC boots. The yellow jacket allows for easy color-coding within a network installation. This product is part of a larger series of Cat6a patch cables available in various lengths and colors.
