Featuring 28AWG stranded copper conductors, this slim cable has an outer diameter of 0.19 in (4.8 mm), which significantly reduces the cable surface area to improve airflow compared to standard Cat6 cables. This reduced footprint makes it ideal for tight-space installations where physical room is at a premium. Each RJ-45 male connector is equipped with a molded PVC snagless boot to prevent accidental snags and provide additional strain relief during installation and maintenance. Capable of supporting data transfer rates up to 10 Gbps, this Cat6a cable is well-suited for high-bandwidth applications, including HDBaseT, Power over Ethernet (PoE), and VoIP.
