The C2G CG27260 is a 14 ft (4.3 m) Cat5e shielded STP Ethernet network patch cable designed for connectivity in environments prone to electromagnetic interference (EMI) or radio frequency interference (RFI). This F/UTP cable features an overall foil shield and a drain wire to provide essential protection against noise. The cable utilizes 24 AWG stranded copper conductors to ensure consistent performance and meets or exceeds TIA/EIA industry standards for return loss and NEXT. Each end is equipped with shielded, 50-micron gold-plated RJ-45 male connectors. The snagless, booted design provides additional strain relief and durability for high-traffic connections. To achieve maximum EMI/RFI protection in a complete end-to-end installation, this cable should be used in conjunction with Cat5e shielded patch panels and Cat5e shielded keystone jacks. This gray patch cable is built with a PVC jacket and HDPE insulation, supporting an operating temperature range of -4°F to 176°F (-20°C to 80°C).
