The CG27261 is a 14 ft (4.3 m) Cat5e shielded STP Ethernet network patch cable designed for connectivity in environments with high levels of EMI/RFI noise. This F/UTP cable utilizes an overall cable shield and a drain wire to provide protection against electromagnetic interference, meeting or exceeding industry standards for NEXT and return loss. The cable features 24 AWG stranded copper conductors and is wired to the TSB 568B (AT+T 258A) standard. Each end is equipped with a shielded, 50 micron gold-plated RJ-45 male connector protected by a blue PVC snagless boot for added strain relief and durability. The cable is constructed with HDPE insulation and a PVC jacket, maintaining a cable diameter of 0.24 in (6 mm). For end-to-end shielding protection in professional installations, this cable is intended to be used alongside Cat5e shielded patch panels and Cat5e shielded keystone jacks.
