The C2G CG27148 is a 125ft (38.1 m) Cat6 snagless patch cable designed for high-bandwidth applications requiring fast Ethernet, Gigabit computer networks, or intensive voice, data, and video distribution. This unshielded (UTP) cable features 24 AWG stranded copper conductors, which help to minimize Near-End Crosstalk (NEXT) levels. The design utilizes individual pairs that are bonded together to maintain consistent twist-spacing throughout the line up to the termination point. This construction helps to drastically reduce both impedance and structural return loss (SRL). Each RJ-45 male connector is housed in a PVC snagless boot that protects the clips from damage during repeated plugging and unplugging while providing extra strain relief. This blue cable is part of a series available in up to 10 colors to assist with network color-coding. It is rated for T568B wiring schemes and complies with TIA/EIA standards.
